Consent to the processing of personal data

An individual submitting a request via the forms on the namca-ru.org website, acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, hereby gives their consent (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") to the processing of personal data by NAMCA, the owner of the website namca-ru.org, registered at: 36 Anton Buyukly str., floor 4, Uzhno-Sakhalinsk 693007, Russian Federation, under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

2. The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data that do not belong to special or biometric categories: email address; name; employment information; mobile phone number.

3. Purpose of data processing: discussion of a potential project.

4. The following actions may be performed with the personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

5. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of NAMCA for the purpose specified in this Consent: LLC "Yandex", TIN 7736207543, 16 Lev Tolstoy St., Moscow, 119021, Russian Federation.

6. Personal data will be processed for 30 days from the date of refusal to continue project discussions or from the date of the decision to enter into a project agreement, whichever occurs first, in accordance with Part 4, Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. This Consent may be withdrawn by you or your authorized representative by sending a written notice or an electronically signed statement (in accordance with Russian Federation legislation on electronic signatures) to Marin Prof at the address indicated above.

8. In the event of withdrawal of this Consent by you or your representative, Marin Prof reserves the right to continue processing your personal data without your Consent if there are grounds specified in Paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

9. This Consent remains valid until the termination of personal data processing as specified in clauses 6 and 7 of this Consent.
